James Pullaro, Chairman and Designated Broker
Jim Pullaro is Chairman and Designated Broker for Arizona Commercial and a graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Mr. Pullaro was the original founder of the Arizona School of Real Estate in Scottsdale, Arizona, a Westcore leasing and development broker and founder of James Pullaro and Company, the commercial real estate brokerage firm that was the precusor to Arizona Commercial.
As a result of his more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Pullaro knows and understands the central aspects of creating sound real estate investments.
As Chairman and Broker, his focus is on transaction performance and management on behalf of the entire firm and its team of professionals.
Donald Teel, President & CEO
Donald Teel began his real estate career with the Del Webb Corporation where he as an award winning Sales Counselor, Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sun City Vistoso. He knows and understands small and large real estate development projects and their financial performance essentials
Mr. Teel has managed and owned two successful commercial and residential real estate companies, Prudential Mull-Smith Realtors in West Metro Phoenix and Prudential Foothills Real Estate, which he sold in April, 2005.
His primary management focus at Arizona Commercial is in the business development arena where he focuses on leasing and sales, operations, REO properties, technolgy, recruiting and business development.
Dan Frederiksen, President
Dan Frederiksen, CCIM, CCLS began his real estate career in the early 1990’s with Builder Sales Network and TW Lewis Company where he was an award winning Sales Agent for five straight years until he joined Trust Realty Advisors to lead the Property Management and Leasing Division of the company. During his successes with Trust Realty Advisors Dan was responsible for the management and leasing of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties.
In 2002 Mr. Frederiksen founded Majestic Properties which he owned and operated successfully until merging with Arizona Commercial in late 2009. Majestic Properties grew to become a leading management and leasing company in Northern Arizona. Majestic Properties was a full service brokerage firm that specialized in asset management of various types of commercial properties throughout Arizona.
His primary focus at Arizona Commercial is the development and growth of the property management division while working directly with the brokerage division to ensure clients have every advantage of a full service real estate company.
In addition to his primary focus, Mr. Frederiksen works closely with outside Brokers and Agent to provide a property managment service to their clients. In this sense, he provides a larger service to those individuals and companies that do not have property management capabilities.
