Allan Woodruff, CCIM, is a specialist in multi-family, commercial and investment property at Arizona Commercial, and brings over 30 years investment experience in real estate to the Arizona markets, including Phoenix and northern Arizona. He has been active in the trustee sale market in the Phoenix area.

Allan honed his consulting skills over the past three decades to be able to assist you today with honesty, integrity and expertise. He holds an MBA from UCLA, and is a CCIM, the "PhD of Commercial real estate."

He is the Director of the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association / Prescott (see www.azreia.org), and stays in touch with investors' needs and wants. His diverse background includes success as an electrical contractor and in sales for high-tech companies.

Allan moved to Prescott after performing extensive research in baby-boomer demographics, including analysis of multi-family properties in California, Colorado, Oregon, and Texas. Arizona is one of only three states to be named by Harry S. Dent as "Retirement Havens", and should benefit strongly from the upcoming wave of baby-boomers moving into their retirement years.
