Industry Experience
For nearly 20 years, Bebe was involved in acquiring corporate real estate in Southern California.
In 1993, Bebe brought her real estate skills and experience to the Prescott area. She has been successful in obtaining new locations for numerous local, regional and national tenants and maintains communication and relationships with national brokerage firms through direct negotiation or on a referral basis.
Bebe's annual property sales average over $20 million and leasing activity of 25,000 to 75,000 square feet per year. Bebe handles all types of transactions, from unimproved commercial land to fully developed real estate.
Bebe holds the CPM® Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate. In addition, she earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM desination, but is currently inactive as a Member.
Recently Bebe has obtained approval from the Arizona Department of Real Estate to teach courses for continuing education hours for commercial real estate professionals. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Bebe holds a broker's license in both Arizona and California.
