Dan Frederiksen, CCIM, CCLS has been an Arizona resident since 1982 and has been working in the Real Estate market since first receiving his Real Estate Salespersons License in 1993.
He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (2010), is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona (2002) and has earned two certificates in Commercial Property Management (1999, 2004) from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
In 2002, Dan earned the designation of Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist (CCLS) from the Commercial Real Estate Institute. Dan is on the Board of Directors of the Prescott Area Commercial Group (PACG).
He also oversees Arizona Commercial's Property Management Group and is ultimately responsible for the financial performance of each property and ensuring the efficiency of the company operations. Financial analysis, preparing detailed monthly property reports, and maintaining strong relations with owners and investors are among Dan’s priorities.
Dan works closely with outside Brokers and Agent to provide a property managment service to their clients. In this sense, he provides a larger service to those individuals and companies that do not have property management capabilities.
