He has been a former Del Webb Corporation Vice President of Sales and Marketing for its Sun City Vistoso project in Tucson, Arizona, a company Manager, President and owner of two residential and commercial brokerage firms in Arizona, the last being Prudential Foothills Real Estate which he sold in April, 2005, after increasing its gross sales transactions by more than 1,200%.

In 2008, he joined the Arizona Commercial firm, headquartered in Prescott, Arizona and with this team he specializes in development projects, tenant representation, investments, retail, land and medical. In addition, Mr. Teel is lead consultant for financially distressed commercial properties and the firms REO group. He is a Member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and in progress with his CCIM designation.

Throughout his real estate career, Mr. Teel has demonstrated disciplined insight into transaction creation and an ability to assertively negotiate both small and large transactions to the benefit of his clients. He has overseen multi-million dollar sales and marketing projects since his early days with the Del Webb Corporation.

Donald has been a featured conference speaker for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, is recognized as a real estate industry business development expert with respect to model and economic trends and a recognized online voice within the industry through his articles and blogs.

He has been an Arizona real estate licensee since 1987.
