Industry Experience
Jim’s entire career has been in real estate education, commercial brokerage and development. He founded Arizona School of Real Estate in 1969, the largest and most respected institution of its kind in the Southwest, and served as President until 1974 when the school was sold.
His commercial real estate experience commenced with Westcor while working on the Metro Center in 1974.
In 1977 Jim established James Pullaro & Company, which lead to the creation of Arizona Commercial.
Jim specializes in representing developers and investors of commercial real estate. His services include: strategy development, land acquisition, development planning, leasing plan development and management, and ultimately, brokerage services when the completed project is offered for sale.
Jim’s clients are American, Native American and Canadian investors and developers.
Jim is a licensed real estate broker with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, the Designated Broker of Arizona Commercial and a former licensed mortgage broker, with the Arizona State Banking Department.
