Industry Experience

A perennial top producer, Mary has received numerous awards for her achievements. Mary holds a Masters of Business Administration, an Arizona Brokers license, is a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist from the Commercial Real Estate Institute of Arizona and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert from the Distressed Property Institute.

Mary is a 31 year member of the community. As a business owner and successful private real estate investor she is experienced and knowledgeable with the dynamics of prudent investing. Simply phrased, she knows and researches the market. From raw land selection through rezoning, planning and developing, buyers / users / investors rely on this experience for profitable transactions.

Mary believes in giving back to the community and becoming involved in important issues. She has served on the Town of Chino Valley Board of Appeals and a two year committee to rewrite the Chino Valley Unified Development Ordinance. She has rezoned ten residential properties in the commercial district of Chino Valley to Light, Heavy and Industrial Commercial zones to maximize the seller's bottom line.
