Prior to becoming a Land & Commercial real estate specialist, Olive spent 20 +years in the corporate world rising to VP of Business Development in the technology industry as well as years of successful investing for her personal portfolio.

As a corporate vice president, she mastered a diverse set of important skills including knowledge of business management, complex contract negotiations, financial analysis as well as sales & marketing.

Olive grew up in Ireland and was educated in England where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She continues to attend International Investors & Real Estate conferences in Ireland & England to stay updated with the latest International trends and market conditions. This benefits her many European clients in all aspects of their international transactions and investments in the Arizona market.


Olive moved to the USA in 1988 and relocated to Sedona in 2001.
