Industry Experience

After graduating from the University of Georgia and serving in the United States Air Force, Ray started this business career with The Arizona Bank in Phoenix. He advanced to Senior Vice President in commercial real estate lending. He was responsible statewide for loans, joint ventures and then work outs and REO.

After 15 years in banking, he has been active in commercial mortgage lending earning the Certificate Mortgage Banker certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association. He worked with Life Insurance companies and Banks placing Commercial Real Estate loans.

He also has commercial development and management experience, responsible for over 1 million square feet of office, industrial and retail projects.

Ray has had his real estate Broker’s License for over twenty years and has been active in the brokerage and management of commercial properties.
